This is one of Ian's new costumes (Aunt Kimmie again). He got quite a few for Christmas and loves them all.
We got to visit with some Auburn friends on Saturday and Ian had so much fun. Here he is jumping with Krue and having fun with the punching bag. I think Dad may need to invest in one of those.
Ian has had some interesting things to say lately. First off, I got him a bible and a devotional book because he had been asking about God and such. So we were reading the bible one night when he began to ask questions about Heaven and when/who goes there. After my best explanation, he began crying saying he didn't believe in God because he didn't want to go to Heaven. Not the best job on my part. So as I am trying to repair the damage I have done he eventually asks if his house, bat-cat, and teddy could go with him. This seemed to make him happy until he said something a few days later that has me really worried. He told me that "Sometimes I try to be bad so I don't have to go to Heaven." I tried to explain that this isn't how it works but I think my explaining things is a bad idea...obviously. Any suggestions?
Last night I allowed Ian to stay up until 9:30 so he could watch Justice League. When that was over he came walking into my room asking for one more chance to please watch baby looney toons. He just needed one more chance, please. He then explained to me that he had been 1/2 good today and deserved it. Ian always uses his hands when explaining something and it was so cute I couldn't say no.

Too Cute!! Try giving Anna something to eat in her high chair, then while she is eating do her hair.
The boots are an excellent accessory to the outfit.
You might explain to Ian that God has his own super heros called angels. They are way cooler than the Justice League.
You could talk to him about the devil. You could say that he is the bad guy and God is the good guy. We want to be good so we can be on the good guy's side.
Love Anna's red shoes. I want a little girl!!
Looks like we cannot even get away from those *BLEEPING* spammers on our blog - looks like we will have to now have to invite the people we only want to view our blogs!
...sorry...
I like the suggestion about the Angels in heaven being the super-heroes! Ella and I talk about how her gardian angel helps her every day!
Anna, you go GIRL!!!
Ian, you're one of God's angels. God loves you and Anna very, very much.
