Valentines Day
Isn't this such a fun day? To start things out, Ian and I got to attend a "Mother Son" dance and had a ton of fun. This dance was held at the museum in town where Ian got to see all of the bat mobiles that he loved. There were snacks, music, crafts, games, and friends. They played Musical Stars which Ian won. He got a big chocolate star as his prize. They then played the chicken dance which is Ian's favorite. We had a ton of fun and can't wait to go on a date with him again.
I got Wednesday off because of the snow and Shane had to work first shift delivering flowers. Scott's had a deal this year where you could order flowers and have them delivered and the delivery fee was donated to the Police Department. Then, of course, the officer had to deliver the flowers rain or snow. So, I got flowers delivered to my door by a very handsome officer. It was great. Because of this, Shane had the evening off and we spent it at home with the kids. We had tacos (Shane's favorite, OK mine to) and watched movies. Not the most romantic but I loved it.

What was the Mother-Son dance through? I would love to do that with Krue. How fun to have a date night!
That looks right up Ian's alley. I bet he loved the bat mobile.
How fun that you all got to stay in together on Valentine's day. And you got flowers!!! Those are my favorite.
