Talk about sweet!

This morning on our way to the sitter's house, Ian was talking about icicles on the houses. I told him a story of when I was about his age and there was a huge icicle on my house that I wanted. I couldn't reach it so I got a broom stick and knocked it down. Well, when it came down it came down right on my little hand and I cried and cried. He then asked "did you have band aides when you were little?" I said that I did but wasn't sure that my mommy put one on it. He then said "I would have put one on it for you. Was I born then?" I said no he wasn't to which he replied, "Well if I was there I could have taken care of you and been like your daddy." Yeah that's my kid. Thank you Ian Scott!
