Mother-Son Dance
Friday was the Mother-Son Dance and I was blessed to attend with Master Ian. We got to go on a double date with our good friends Jen and Brayton. As Shane was getting Ian ready to go, he told him that he was the only other man allowed to take me out and that he needed to treat me right. (so sweet) We started our evening at Pizza Hut where Jen was pleasently surprised with flowers from her thoughtful hubby who had spent the week out of town and snuck back before he was due. Seeing her so excited and almost in tears almost got me in tears but we all know I laughed instead (I am not wired right we all know it) After eating we headed to the dance where the boys jumped right in and participated in all the activities. Second to playing with Ian's little guys, I think the next best part for both boys was getting to see the Batmobile. At the end of the night they wanted to see it again. Ian was too scared to get his picture by the Joker so Bray stepped up and went with him. They danced and played the games together the whole time. Bray won the musical stars and they both took turns at the limbo. Ian's other friend and car pool buddy, Brantley, was there and they got to play as well. It was a great night and I can't wait for Ian to take me out again.

Ian's Yellow Belt
Ian Scott is now a Yellow Belt in Tae Kwan Do. He got to participate in a "Belt Ceremony" on Thursday. There were a ton of people there but he got to go through it all with his good buddy Krue. Ian was called to the front where they read his certificate to him and then tie his new belt on. He had that nervous smirk on his face the whole time. Afterwards, we took some shots of him and Krue together.
"Like Father Like Son"

A while back Shane was walking past the bathroom and told me to come look. This is what I saw (I, of course, had to run and get my camera)
At least it is only Sports Illustrated and not the swim suit edition.
